What to Expect:

Schedule Here:

As you schedule through the form on this page, you’ll share your goals, budget, and timeline.

That info is sent right to Harmony Major, Lead Strategist, so she can prepare for your call.

In this first phone or Zoom call, you’ll meet Harmony.

It’s not a strategic call where we go deep.

It’s a mutual evaluation where we clarify your goals to see if we can genuinely help you reach them.

First, we determine what you actually need.

A fast-launch website to meet a looming deadline? A comprehensive strategic buildout? Both?

Maybe just a paid strategy session, to figure help you figure out how to handle something yourself?

Either way, no pressure, no hard sell. Just a quick assessment of your goals and needs and whether we can deliver.

At the end, we’ll decide together if we should book another call to go deeper.

This is our working session. Here, we’ll dig deeper into your goals and challenges, whether you need a website, workflow automation, or something else.

This conversation is designed to give us both clarity. We’ll determine the right path forward, either:

A focused project for an urgent need, -or-

A full roadmap for long-term efficiency.

This detailed call allows us to build you a custom quote.

No pressure, no selling — ever.

All Strategic Discovery Calls for new projects are free. However, if you need us to guide your DIY project, or deliver expert advice, this call would be a Strategy Session, which is paid.

After Strategic Discovery is completed, you’ll receive a custom proposal and walkthrough. (We’ll deliver it live or deliver it by email, depending on project complexity and your organization’s approval process.)

The proposal will explain the options the Strategist believes will best help resolve the challenges and reach the goals you shared.

It typically includes project timeline, inclusions, investment, inclusions, and expiration date. Your proposal may even include the projected investment for the next project phase.
