How do we do it?

Your investment depends on the types and levels of digital marketing help you need. We help each client’s dollars go farther by looking at your unique needs, goals, stage, and budget.

Once we understand your starting point and destination, we help you:

  1. Pick the highest-impact work most likely to get your desired result(s); and
  2. Plug the resource leaks in your foundation causing the biggest roadblocks.

Of course, the more you’re able to budget, the more we’re able to help. However, regardless of that budget, our Rapid Results Framework guides us on what to prioritize ASAP vs. what could be saved for later.

That way, we can still offer the help you need the most, at a rate you can afford.

We started this initiative in August 2024 to ensure BIPOC & ally-owned businesses at virtually any level of growth could afford top quality web services.

⛔ Note, this does not mean companies with bigger budgets spend more for the same services.

✅ It does mean we created a way for every company to access the same services as big-budget companies, so their dollars go farther.

Real-world pricing examples

Companies often come to us for one thing, but we advise different work that fits their true needs better.

The goal is always to help you choose your best next steps to meet your short- and long-term goals. And all without exhausting your resources.

Basically, you may need a little more than you think! So we try to find a way to do it for the same budget.

Examples:

When we talk, we find out:

  • you have 100 followers, all friends and family;
  • you’re stretched thin, time-wise;
  • you’re getting clients spottily, but usually from events; and
  • you actually hate social media!

We suggest that $600 go toward a little Website CRO (incl. installing analytics!) and refining your Audience Targeting Plan (B2C).

You leave with:

  • your website speaking more specifically to event visitors,
  • defined action steps to convert more event leads into clients, and
  • targeted weekly action steps to book bigger, more relevant events.

You also start using social media less (but keep getting the same level of engagement 👍🏽), so you feel happier and less stressed while working.

When we talk, we find out:

First, we do a 10-Year Map to make sure you’re trying to sell the right services at the right prices to get you to your long-term goals.

Then we help with Market Differentiation (USP), making it clear how you’re different from competitors. We decide on a strong call to action to guide visitors toward buying your most profitable service. And we help with SEO Foundations to define your core expertise and up to 3 topic categories to blog about.

Finally, we do that mini Website Design & CRO revamp to highlight how you stand out, and make it clearer and easier for visitors to buy your top service.

When we talk, we find out:

  • you hate writing, so don’t want to create SEO content;
  • you have a really unique way of doing what you do; and
  • $9,000 is your entire marketing budget.

So, first, we advise you to create powerful brand language that, 1, makes it clear you’re an industry leader and, 2, sets a strong Google foundation (Market Differentiation [USP]).

We then build you an SEO’d Inbound Content Plan to help you DIY the content Google needs to rank you as a leader in your field.

And we install Website Tracking to help you make better marketing decisions once you start publishing.

Finally, we help you hire a PT Marketing VA to create and promote your planned content.

Again, the more flexible your budget, the more flexibility you have with the extent of what we can do.

No, we cannot (and won’t try to) build a high quality, profit-producing website for $500.
